Happy Woman's Day!

On this day celebrate life, take a break from your busy schedule, let your hair down and have fun! Today I'm feeling really empowered and proud to be a woman I have been thinking how far we’ve come, and about some of the remaining injustices that women still face, I won't go into that right now though.

It would have been lovely to wake up, have a day at the spa full of treatments and champagne on tap, however I did have a lovely Friday to celebrate. Robyn Coles Millinery (for those that don't know I have new job with Robyn making hats) where invited to speak at a ladies lunch held in the Radisson Hotel for international women's day.
After a little set up we had a champagne reception and a lovely lunch with other business ladies from Cardiff. It was great to see so many successful women from many different industries all sharing the day together. Can't beat a afternoon of hats and Prosecco!
That's what being a lady is all about. I then came home to the sofa and had a nice pot of tea.
