Festival Season Top Trends 2014

Every year around this time, thousands of music lovers prepare for weekend-long celebrations of peace, love and cut-offs, festival season is apon us, that can only mean one thing. It's time to pack the perfect fairground essentials that look fantastic without looking like you're trying too hard. And comfort is key — especially when dancing all day and night to killer bands. We're already catching a glimpse of what's trending (fringe, fringe, and more fringe!)

Unless you have been hidden under a rock you will already know who was wearing what at Coachella, many view Coachella as an American version of Glastonbury in regards to the size, calibre of acts and the likelihood of celebrity sightings. It's the gateway festival that gives us an idea of what trends were going to be sporting throughout the summer season. But judging by the amount of skin on show, we'd we better hope for a serious heatwave over here in the UK.

So if your heading to a music festival this summer and are not sure what to wear? Make sure to pack our must have items, we promise you'll look cool-as-hell while you’re rocking out.

1: White lace dress - H&M £20

2: Converse - Schuh £48

Fringe is everywhere this festival season! Toss anything with a fringed edge in your festival bag, and you'll fit right in while hitting the scene.

8: Hair wreath - Accessorize £18
