What a lovely long weekend we had ey! I had forgotten that feeling of the sun kissing my shoulders. I made sure to soak up plenty of vitamin D before the return of the inevitable rain clouds. I popped out for a ice cream and a stroll down cardiff bay followed by lunch on the roof terrace of juno lounge soaking up the rays. Recently i received this dress from TheHut.com Im not usually one for colour or dresses for that matter, like i have mentioned before Im a black jeans and t-shirt kinda girl. However the weather had brightened up so i thought i would give it a go.

This Brave Soul dress is a gorgeous way to perk up up your day. I did worry a little that the style wouldn't suit me and that its not usually something I would pick up. I added the denim shirt and a pair of vans for a more casual effortless look. I found the dress really comfortable and lightweight and i love the beautiful floral pattern for a change. It has thin shoulder straps which i could tighten to make more secure. The elasticated back adds to the comfort and makes it much easier to get on and off. I especially like the tie belt. Wear it however you like, on the side, at the back or tied like a bow. this dress could even be dressed up with heels for a evening party or kept casual for BBQ's and the beach....now its down to the weather.
